Prepare to delight in every spoonful, every bite, and every moment spent in this charming culinary gem.
The Chinese influence in Korean cuisine is beautifully presented in YuXiang. The flavors were delicate in some and a very flavorful in others. Most importantly they did not skimp on the ingredients. Service is classic Korean, friendly and very courteous. But the test of great service is the amount of water in your glass and my waiter, he was always refilling it. A definite great find in Las Vegas which I feel is filled with a sea of franchised eateries.
This was our first time here, and I have to say—I was thoroughly impressed. The interior was absolutely stunning and beautifully designed. The staff, including both our waiter and waitress, were incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive. And the food? Simply outstanding! We’re definitely planning to come back for my child’s graduation celebration. I also really appreciated the semi-private dining areas—they added a nice touch of intimacy to the experience. We truly enjoyed every moment.

The Tastiest Korean Black Bean Noodles Yuxiang New Menu Jjamjjamyeon is the Best! Must try for everyone! Also Gan Jjamjjamyeon (짬간면) Available Jjajang translates to noodle sauce (like in jjajangmyeon). Gan means "dry" in English. This Korean black bean noodle variety is a drier version than the standard jjajangmyeon. It's similar to the above recipe, except you do not add the water or cornstarch slurry. First Time Trying Jajangmyeon I found this place on Instagram and decided to try the famous Korean dish, jajangmyeon, after seeing it in many K-dramas. Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite my cup of tea. The black bean noodles were a bit underwhelming, and I regretted not ordering the spicy version, which might have suited my taste better. I also had the egg roll, which was decent, but the other fried starters on other people’s tables looked delicious—I wish I had ordered more of those instead. Overall, the experience wasn’t great for me, but maybe I just needed a bit more spice to enjoy it.
